To respect other guests' experiences, we ask you to refrain from using speaker phone. Children are welcome, but we do not have additional seating for friends/children.
Canceling:
We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
Please give 48 hours notice if canceling color/extensions appointments, and no less than 24 hours for cuts.
