Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to show will be charged 100% of the service total.

Color and extension appointments require 48 hours’ notice to cancel.

If you are sick, please don't hesitate to reach out to let us know. We appreciate the consideration for our team, and also want you to feel your best! There is no fee for sick cancellations, that are not recurrent.

Late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation at our discretion. Please call or text us, if you will be more than 10 minutes behind. We also try to do the same!

Guests who cancel less than 36 hours in advance on a recurring basis may be restricted to same-day booking only.

A nonrefundable deposit may be required to schedule after a no-show, for extensions, or transformational color services.

Salon Policies
Please, no speaker phone use in the salon, and we kindly request you stay off of the phone during your service. Our space is intimate and we like to give everyone a relaxing atmosphere.
Children are welcome, but no extra seating is available for guests or friends.
No pets are allowed in the salon at any time, with the exception of a service animal who is documented.
